- Claire Smith Added April 18, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went to the new Waterford West cafe. We waited 40mins for bacon, eggs, sausage. After inquiring after our meal we were told 2 minutes. After 10 minutes food came out grossly undercooked. It wasn't overly busy. Manager wouldn't come see us.

The advertised "Specials" on the blackboard are standard pricing and do not reflect any aspect that is special or better than what is offered normally

After questioning the veracity of the advertising, the staff admitted the false and deceptive nature of the advertising but did nothing to remove or amend the sign.
With what can only be taken as cynicism, the female manager of the cafe merely said she would pass my observation on to the franchise.
